Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tools2Easy at tools2easy.comand related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service
Tools2Easy provides online utilities for processing PDFs, images, video, audio, text, and related files. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others require uploading files to our servers or signing in to an account.
- Free tools — Available without payment, subject to fair-use limits and these Terms.
- Premium / AI tools — May require an account and credits or a paid plan. Pricing and credit usage are shown on the Pricing page.
- Availability — We may modify, suspend, or discontinue tools or features at any time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tools2easy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and files
You retain ownership of files and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store your content solely to provide the Service (including AI processing where applicable).
You represent that:
- You have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content
- Your content does not violate law or third-party rights
- You will not upload malware, illegal material, or content you are not authorized to share
Server-stored files are typically deleted within one hour. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or payment requirements
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
- Use automated means to abuse free tiers or generate excessive load
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected abuse, or risk to the Service or other users.
AI-generated output
AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. AI features are provided “as is” and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
Payments, credits, and refunds
Paid plans and credits are described on our Pricing page. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable once credits are consumed or a billing period has started. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Advertising
Free areas of the Service may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties subject to their own terms and policies. We do not endorse advertised products or services.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and documentation (excluding your content), is owned by Tools2Easy or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT FILES WILL NEVER BE LOST, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLS2EASY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tools2Easy from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access with or without notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, stop using the Service.
